UECK is a hilarious and intimate feature-length documentary about Bob Uecker, the former Major League baseball player and current Hall of Fame sportscaster, comedian and actor.

Bob Uecker is a legend. He’s played Major League ball alongside Hank Aaron and Warren Spahn. He won a World Series ring. He did standup comedy before becoming a Johnny Carson regular with over 100 appearances. He became a prime-time television star with the hit series, MR. BELVEDERE. And he’s the third longest broadcaster tenured with a single team — The Milwaukee Brewers.

When Bob passed away in January 2025, we’d been documenting his life since Spring Training, 2023. For nearly two years Bob fully welcomed us into his life, allowing us to film extensively with him, with his colleagues and with his family in Milwaukee, Arizona and throughout the country.  We have moved primarily into editorial and archival research and licensing as we continue to film interviews with family and colleagues. Our goal of completing an edit for festival submission season in late summer and fall of 2025.
